ABSTRACT

This award is to the United States Universities' Council on Geotechnical Engineering Research (USUCGER) to ensure an orderly functioning of the organization. USUCGER is a voluntary and non-profit organization of universities actively engaged in education and research in the field of Geotechnical Engineering to foster cooperation, organize scholarly meetings, provide a forum to stimulate research and scholarly activity, establish a mechanism through which the views of the research community can be expressed in the national interest, and promote interaction between researchers/academia, government agencies and industry.
