Supplementary Schedule of Intragovernmental Liabilities by Partner Agency Intragovernmental liabilities on this schedule support the intragovernmental liabilities items on the NSF Balance Sheet as of September 30, 1999. Treasury disbursed funds from other government agencies to NSF, which affects the year-end fund balance with Treasury. These funds are off-set against existing liabilities for cash reconciliation purposes until they are identified to liquidate specific obligations at a later date.
