Mario Rotea to lead NSF Division of Engineering Education and Centers
The National Science Foundation (NSF) has selected Mario A. Rotea as division director of the Division of Engineering Education and Centers (EEC) in the Directorate for Engineering. Rotea, who began his term at NSF on September 8, 2015, is head of the mechanical engineering department and holds the Erik Jonsson Chair at the University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas).
