The files on this site may be read on your mobile device using the device's browser. They may also be imported into freely available apps that convert PDFs into easy-to-read text for mobile devices and provide touch and swipe functionality.

Android-compatible devices: the Android Market has freely available readers. Adobe provides a free reader for Android for PDF documents.

iPad and iPhone: the App store has freely available reader options. The iBooks app for the iPad and the iPhone allows you to download, view, and navigate PDFs as mobile documents. To import a document into the installed reader, touch the PDF page and a horizontal gray bar will appear with the option "Open in iBooks." Press the button and the PDF will appear on the iBooks bookshelf.

Several file formats are used on this site for presenting text and tables. Most are automatically resolved by your browser but a few require separate, commonly available software applications. You may configure your browser to recognize and display these files or save the files to disk and view them later.
