NSF seeks proposals and supplemental funding requests addressing STEM access for persons with disabilities

A new initiative called STEM Access for Persons with Disabilities seeks to increase the engagement of persons with disabilities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields across seven directorates at NSF:

  • Biological Sciences.
  • Computer and Information Science and Engineering.
  • Engineering.
  • Geosciences.
  • Mathematical and Physical Sciences.
  • Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences.
  • Technology, Innovation and Partnerships.

NSF is seeking proposals and supplemental funding requests that address intersections between disability and fundamental science and support access to and engagement in STEM research, training and employment activities for persons with disabilities.
