Penn Research Helps to Show How Turbulence Can Occur Without Inertia

Now, research led by engineers at the University of Pennsylvania has shown that this transition to turbulence can occur without inertia at all.Full Story

The U.S. National Science Foundation propels the nation forward by advancing fundamental research in all fields of science and engineering.
