France A. Córdova is sworn in as NSF director in a ceremony at NSF headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, John P. Holdren, White House science advisor and director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, administers the oath and is joined by Córdova's cousin, Adrienne Córdova.
