SEI 2010, as mandated by statute, will be delivered to the president and Congress on Jan. 15, 2010.

The Science and Engineering Indicators 2010, as mandated by statute, will be delivered to the president and the Congress, then publicly rolled out on Jan. 15, 2010, at the White House. Policy neutral, it is widely considered the gold standard in terms of quantifying the state of the science and engineering enterprise in America and its position in the global economy.
