3D rendering of associated polymer’s inner make up

A 3D rendering illustrating two monomers forming a reversible double-hydrogen bond that slows down polymer movement without creating an elastic network. The rendering was created by researchers to show how associate polymers, a class of materials with unique self-healing and flow properties, function at the molecular level.
