Techniques to prove or disprove existence of other planets
The sun imaged through filters centered on the calcium K (blue) and hydrogen alpha (red) absorption lines. While the calcium K line is traditionally used to measure a star's magnetic activity, this study used the hydrogen alpha line instead.
