NRT Program Release

The NSF Research Traineeship (NRT) program has released its first solicitation for proposals to address the need for new approaches to STEM graduate education and training. NRT invites proposals for either an interdisciplinary Data-Enabled Science and Engineering priority research theme or another crosscutting, interdisciplinary theme. Proposals are encouraged to develop, implement, and scale-up innovative and effective STEM graduate training models and practices, while fostering fundamental research advances in support of national priorities. The full NRT program solicitation can be found here. NRT Program Staff will be hosting informational webinars to introduce, describe, and answer questions about the program; webinar dates and times will be announced on this web page. NRT Program Staff can be contacted at nrt@nsf.gov or 703-292-8696.
