The National Science Foundation intends to place an order with ProQuest LLC for access to its Community of Scholars (COS) Scholar Universe with COS Expertise database. This database is critical to providing the National Science Foundation with information on possible panelists, verifying information about possible grantees, and monitoring NSF and other projects. The information available in this database is unique and not available from any other source.
