Students with disabilities were a higher percentage of undergraduate than of graduate students in 2004.

• Among undergraduates, students with disabilities were roughly 11% of students in most fields.
• Among graduate students, students with disabilities were roughly 7% of students in most fields.
• Students with disabilities were a slightly higher percentage of social and behavioral sciences graduate students (10%) and a slightly lower percentage of engineering and computer sciences graduate students (3%) than of graduate students in other fields.
