Bostic, Associate Director for Economic Programs of the U.S. Census Bureau, and Robert Yuskavage, former Associate Director for International Economics of the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) (retired), guided and supported this project. John E. Jankowski, Director of the Research and Development Statistics (RDS) Program, NSF/NCSES, proposed this study.
