In episode 51, show hosts Charlie and Jordan explore what scientists at Texas A&M Agrilife Research studying a common green microalgae -- found in every kind of water except salt water -- have discovered. It's an enzyme the researchers may be able to transfer to a plant to make large amounts of fuel-grade oil.
