Assistant Professor Philippa Gill of Stony Brook University is among the 2015 SaTC awardees.

Assistant Professor Philippa Gill in the Department of Computer Science at Stony Brook University is one of this year's SaTC awardees. Gill's research looks at how nations repurpose Internet protocols and network management products for information control.
