2002 NMS awardee Richard Garwin describes his commitment to public service and research.

2002 National Medal of Science medalist Richard L. Garwin, who has worked in the national security for many decades, discusses his early interest and involvement in science and his research career which includes a strong public service component. He encourages Americans to do what they can for their families, their country and their future.
