Meeting/Conference Space Bid

Submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) is voluntary. Responses to this RFP will be evaluated to identify a establishment which has demonstrated the ability to meet this requirement as posted; is cost effective; has a good past performance history; and provides the best overall value to the NSF for this external meeting space requirement. All information received will be incorporated into any resulting purchase order official record. The documentation will be retained for one year after any award or until final payment has been made, whichever is later. If this RFP is cancelled, a cancellation file will be retained for five years.
